Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Coordinator to join our team and support the physical inventory processes, as well as related systems and data. This role plays a crucial part in driving optimal inventory processes and controls that contribute to superior customer experiences and sales across all channels — including wholesale (US, UK, and EU), retail (US), and our sister company RION Jewelry (in-store and online).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in all databases.
  • Track and monitor stock movements to ensure order, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Audit individual product information tags to ensure consistent details for internal and external customer purposes.
  • Support maximum inventory control and maintain a comprehension of these controls that benefit the customer and sales experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures and best practices.
  • High level of attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy of work product, and the ability to maintain maximum organization – product, self, and department.
  • Critical thinker with attention to detail and accuracy, very organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, proven competence with Inventory Management Systems, as well as Excel and/or Google Sheets to compile, organize, and analyze data.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000 depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
