Job Title: Case Manager

At The GEO Group, Inc., we are committed to providing evidence-based rehabilitation services to individuals in the community. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, providing case management services, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the criminal justice system and experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing case management services and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
  • Conduct risk/need assessments and create individual treatment plans for each assigned participant.
  • Meet regularly with participants and document their progress or regress in our database.
  • Conduct orientation meetings with new participants to explain program rules and regulations.
  • Set participant schedules and specify all approved activities based on sentencing information.
  • Monitor participant compliance with all outside treatment or community connection referrals.
  • Report all program violations to the appropriate agency or official via the established reporting parameters.
  • May facilitate psycho-educational/behavior modification groups each week.
  • May testify in court regarding participants' compliance with court orders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Social Sciences.
  • One (1) year of experience in casework duties providing services to the Supervised Offender population.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of case management, referral services, and interventions in both group and individual modalities.
  • Ability to administer urinalysis testing of participants.
  • Basic knowledge of the criminal justice system.
  • Good presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $21.00 per hour, as well as a bonus of $2,500.
