Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet and engage with guests, taking drink and food orders with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
  • Mixology Mastery: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of mixology techniques.
  • Food and Drink Delivery: Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Recommendations and Knowledge: Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and drink options, showcasing your knowledge of our menu offerings.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Responsible Service: Enforce responsible service of alcohol and adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • Transaction Handling: Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience as a Bartender or Server in a restaurant or bar setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Mixology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mixing cocktails and familiarity with a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing guest needs and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients, ensuring accurate and consistent results.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
