Job Overview

Coastline Equity Inc is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our property management team to deliver exceptional service and care to our valued stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among tenants and clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Property Managers on day-to-day tasks, emergency call responsiveness, and after-hours on-call duties.
  • Property Management: Bid for repairs and maintenance, work order review, scheduling, completing, and follow-up, as well as coordinate insurance documentation with tenants, insurance agents, and Property Managers.
  • Financial Management: Manage activities related to property management, including rent collections, delinquency calls, and revenue collection and documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain complete and accurate property files and records using AppFolio, ensuring the accuracy of rent roll and other financial data.
  • Communication: Utilize technology and software for efficient task management, submit A/P invoices for payment, and handle all funds.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the safety and security of assigned properties, meet community, property, management, and client expectations, and submit paperwork, invoices, and documentation promptly.
