Job Overview

The Juice Bar Lead is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality beverages are prepared and served to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the juice bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality products.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure optimal levels.
  • Identify and report equipment problems and schedule repairs as needed.
  • Assist with reviews, interviews, and disciplinary actions as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement. You will be required to work with knives and other sharp items, and stand for extended periods.
