  • Follow up with potential clients through various communication methods to integrate them into the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and qualify incoming sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
Qualifications
  • A strong performance-driven mindset.
  • Natural aptitude for negotiation and deal-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in B2C sales or real estate is preferred.
  • Highly motivated to achieve established targets and objectives.
  • Proven track record of success in sales is advantageous.
  • Clean background check is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • College education is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in sales techniques both over the phone and in person.
  • A real estate license is required.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
  • Candidates should have or be in the process of obtaining a real estate license.
  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Over one year of experience in generating real estate leads is preferred.
Compensation

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
