Qualifications:
Applicants should be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Demonstrated success in managing store operations with integrity, including profit and loss management, safety compliance, staffing, and training is essential.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software is necessary.

Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform tasks that involve pushing and pulling merchandise.

Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn as required.
