Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for functional, system integration, regression, exploratory, database, and user acceptance testing (UAT) along with business analysis planning; monitoring and applying Agile/Scrum methodologies. Tasked with scrutinizing business requirements, system specifications, data mapping needs, documented functional requirements, and supplementary requirements using JIRA/MS ADO. Ensure traceability of requirements through a requirements traceability matrix.

Oversee all facets of product testing, including the formulation of test plans and delivering thoroughly tested solutions with minimal time to market.

Utilize JIRA and MS ADO for test management and defect tracking, producing clear and concise defect reports.

Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and test data preparation by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing test results, information, and trends.

Engage in monitoring, planning, verification, validation, simulation, analysis, and reliable engineering. Participate in end-to-end project activities from requirement analysis to project sign-off.

Conduct database testing and SQL data analysis to extract, manipulate, and validate data, identify discrepancies, clean data, and generate reports as per user specifications while seeking efficiencies in data processing. Review and validate JSON code to ensure accurate data transformation from legacy systems to new systems, identifying triggers and logic to prevent interruptions in software development and testing processes.

Engage in various business meetings, including walkthrough sessions, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, focus group discussions, daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, defect triage, and effort estimations with business and technical teams across all management levels to deliver a quality product and assist in application solution requirements.

Conduct in-depth technical research, root cause analysis, identify potential threats, anticipate risks, and provide systematic solutions in relevant areas of responsibility and business operations to enhance work quality.

Offer recommendations on the most suitable responses to improve the development process concerning identified complex issues by assessing impacts and prioritization.

Collaborate effectively across teams to comprehend complex issues and impacts due to evolving business needs, helping to mitigate risks, ensure quality, provide cost-effective solutions, and determine scope and timelines.


Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) where the required experience was acquired.

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency, skills, experience, and knowledge in the following areas: 1. Quality Assurance Test Planning 2. Defect Reporting and Problem Solving 3. Joint Application Development (JAD) 4.

Project-based duties may require relocation at the conclusion of each project. Remote work may be available, subject to project requirements. Local travel may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
