About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Medical Oncology Physician to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. The ideal candidate will be a versatile and collaborative physician who values providing equitable care to all populations and has an interest in research and clinical trials.

The hematology and oncology department is a 20/80 split, offering a dynamic and challenging environment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's condition, stage of cancer, and other relevant factors.
  • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormonal therapy, and other advanced cancer treatments as appropriate, while closely monitoring the patient's response and adjusting treatment regimens accordingly.
  • Provide compassionate care, support, and guidance to patients and their families throughout the entire treatment process, addressing their concerns, explaining treatment options, and discussing prognosis in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, nurses, and other specialists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans, discuss complex cases, and ensure coordinated care.
