About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Night Nurse Supervisor to join our team at BRIA. As a Night Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the resident care of your unit, supervising activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses, charting and maintaining documentation for residents, preparing and administering medications, and developing and maintaining a positive working rapport with all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and nursing assistants to provide high-quality resident care.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in Florida.
- At least three years of experience in long-term care.
- Current CPR certification.
