Job Description

Strategic Employment is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will assist the Controller in all aspects of the accounting life cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Provide analytical support for financial decision-making

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a role involving full life-cycle General Ledger accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and take on new responsibilities
