Job Summary

The Financial Reimbursement Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and data. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly and annual close schedules
  • Develop and maintain financial models and databases
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
  • Provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
