Salesforce Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Administrator to join our team at TechnoGen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall production development and administration of projects, defining stories, requirements, and documentation development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of product bug queues to validate, triage, and prioritize fixes
  • Learning internal systems and data flows, and documenting triage steps as needed
  • Developing a broad knowledge base to serve as the business go-to individual for issues or questions
  • Analyzing and modifying Salesforce metadata, including fields, objects, email templates, reports, and declarative automation
  • Performing source system analysis and requirements gathering with internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of technology experience as a business analyst
  • Experience working within Salesforce
  • SQL and knowledge of reporting is a plus, but no programming experience is needed
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of data and how it relates to ecosystems
  • Demonstrated sense of personal and team accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective business analysis, planning, and prioritization
  • Well-organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Professional team player, able to work with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
