Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Concentra. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients by performing routine x-ray examinations and supporting medical procedures.
Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, including escorting them to dressing and x-ray rooms, providing verbal and written instructions, and assisting with positioning body parts for radiography.
- Operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes, ensuring patient care, safety, and comfort during the x-ray exam.
- Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to ensure the safety of patients and team members.
- Ensure radiologic equipment remains in working order, reporting malfunctions to the Center Operations Director.
- Follow documentation procedures and complete required documentation related to patient x-ray visits.
- Maintain all x-ray equipment, including calibration, QA/QC procedures, and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology and applicable certification by the state in which employed.
- Registered with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and has active and valid certification.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- At least six months or more of medical assistant experience with knowledge of medical procedures and medical terminology.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $37.96 to $50.00 hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law.
