Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join our team at Insight Global in Superior Township, MI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and check requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in ordering materials and supplies
  • Enter expenses and purchasing information into SAP
  • Prepare monthly spending reports and assist in tracking spending
  • Manage fixed asset inventory and year-end budget reports
  • Track project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in SAP and bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive industry experience
