We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work collaboratively with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy programs for students.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to develop and implement speech and language therapy programs.
  • Work with individuals or small groups to address communication goals and objectives.
  • Provide support in the assessment and documentation of students' progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic and effective support system.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Qualifications:
  • Valid NC Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
