North Carolina-Based Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Wanted

As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with a diverse range of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.
In this role, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current North Carolina Teaching Certification (optional), and North Carolina SLP license. ASHA CCC-SLP Certification is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose issues related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement tailored education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy services, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support and address communication needs.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team meetings for thorough planning.
- Advocate for student needs, provide staff training, and engage in ongoing professional development.
