  • Safety First: Passion for promoting safety protocols and compliance within the workplace.
  • Industry Advantage: While battery cell manufacturing experience is beneficial, candidates from other process manufacturing industries are also encouraged to apply.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
