Position Summary: We are looking for an Order Picker to join our Inventory team. This role is essential for ensuring accurate order picking and maintaining inventory integrity, reporting directly to the Inventory Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inventory utilizing our inventory management systems.
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Safely operate order picking equipment.
  • Utilize scanners to print and manage orders for picking and packing.
  • Work independently and provide guidance to team members as needed.
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate order issues.
  • Inspect and count products associated with work orders.
  • Facilitate communication across departments through our internal systems.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate a dock truck for logistics purposes.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to identify colors and shades accurately.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.
  • Commitment to our core values and company objectives.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment.
