Key Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales targets by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
- Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines to ensure efficient operations.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with our Woodforest Experience training.
- 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor's degree.
- Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be positive and engaging with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
As a Retail Banking Associate, you will work in a fast-paced branch environment, standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. You may be required to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
