About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tri-Cities Chaplaincy. As an In-Home Hospice Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality hospice care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care, pain management, and emotional support to patients facing end-of-life challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care and comfort.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Moderate computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work on-call a minimum of two-holiday shifts per year.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
