About the Role:

Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an In-Home Hospice Registered Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality hospice care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, working collaboratively with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care and comfort during their journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care, pain management, and emotional support to patients facing end-of-life challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Moderate computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work on-call a minimum of two-holiday shifts per year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
