About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Math Fellow. As a Math Fellow, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic growth and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach small groups of students, focusing on math content and providing individualized support.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring they meet grade-level standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support student achievement.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 48 college credit hours preferred.
  • Background in mathematics content preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Competitive salary: $33,655 ($22.618/hour) paid over 12 months.
