About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and retaining professional liability insurance accounts within the healthcare sector. Your responsibilities will include working closely with internal producers on both new and renewal medical malpractice insurance policies. This is an inside service position with minimal travel requirements. Your excellent phone presence and teamwork skills will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with producers to secure, manage, and retain clients through effective policy marketing, servicing, and certificate processing.
  • Prepare and follow up on applications, support producers, and maintain comprehensive client files and data.
  • Provide outstanding service with a client-first approach and a focus on practical solutions.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty client support or underwriting; familiarity with medical malpractice insurance is preferred.
  • License: P&C Insurance License required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Systems: Experience with agency management systems such as Sagitta/ImageRight is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail with effective written and oral communication.
    • Collaborative team player with a successful history of working well with diverse personalities.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a flexible, client-focused attitude.
