Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compliance Audit Review: Conduct thorough reviews of audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, eligibility, and compliance with procedures.
  2. Secondary Review and Feedback: Conduct secondary reviews of auditors' work and provide constructive feedback to management.
  3. Project Management: Allocate tasks to auditors, meet deadlines, and adhere to department and professional standards.
  4. Audit Program Development: Assist in the development of audit programs and contribute to the improvement of compliance audit processes.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for clients, including assessment and analysis of audit findings.
  6. Client Communication: Prepare client and third-party memorandums, letters, and other written communication.
  7. Auditor Training: Provide input on auditor training and development.
  8. Collaboration and Communication: Meet with management to discuss findings and audit outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of audit experience and knowledge of auditing practices and procedures.
  3. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  4. Adaptability: Proactive approach to work tasks, solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Conditions

Normal business office conditions, with prolonged periods of time spent working at a computer screen. In-office and remote work arrangements.
