About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Hospice Aide. In this role, you will provide personalized care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, vital signs, and medication administration
  • Support patients with mobility issues, using equipment like walkers or wheelchairs as needed
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Document patient progress and any changes in condition
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience, preferably in hospice, home health, or geriatric settings
  • Flexibility and composure when supporting patients in crisis situations
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • CPR certification
