  • Experience in advanced care planning and end-of-life discussions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing certification
  • 2+ years of hospice experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
