Per Diem CT Technologist

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
- Position patients correctly for imaging procedures
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to radiologists for interpretation
- Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Manage supply inventory and ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Fluoroscopy license in the state of California
- ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification
