Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing medical conditions and providing accurate imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' anatomy.
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Assess patient needs and develop effective imaging plans.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, as well as manage supply inventory.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a certification in CT or Radiography.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Fluoroscopy license in the state of practice.
- Advanced Certification in CT or Radiography, preferred.
