Director of Perioperative Services

At AMN Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Perioperative Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the perioperative services department, including the direct supervision of approximately 30+ FTEs.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the perioperative services department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons from various specialty areas, including OBGYN, GI, General Surgery, Ortho, Spine/Neuro, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiencies within the OR, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
- Support and contribute to the mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives of Littleton Regional Healthcare.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; MSN preferred.
- Minimum of five years of direct clinical experience within an OR setting required.
- Active RN license required.
