Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the perioperative department, including direct supervision of approximately 30+ FTEs.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons from various specialty areas, fostering physician partnerships and ensuring the continuation and improvement of efficiencies within the OR.
- Support and contribute to the mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives of Littleton Regional Healthcare, with a focus on excellence in customer service and patient care delivery.
- Implement and foster a positive work environment by encouraging strong communication, collaboration, and accountability throughout the department.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required.
- A minimum of five years of direct clinical experience within an OR setting is required.
- Active RN license is required.
