Job Title: Clinical Director

The Clinical Director is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations and oversight of the Center. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons in providing adequate service team members.
  • Delegate responsibilities and duties to professional, technical, and ancillary personnel.
  • Perform performance evaluations of department personnel.
  • Coordinate administrative duties to ensure proper functioning of the staff.
  • Coordinate the provision and control of materials, supplies, and equipment with the Director of Supply.
  • Coordinate activity within the O.R. suite.
  • Other responsibilities as determined by the facility Administrator.
Requirements:
  • GI experience required.
  • Registered Nurse with experience in procedures and the operating room, PACU, or Pre-Admission in a endoscopic or surgical setting.
  • Prefer one year of management experience in ambulatory care.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • A current RN license from the State.
  • Current BCLS certification.
