Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relocation Specialist to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the relocation process and providing exceptional customer service to our employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new and transferring employees through the relocation process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Onboard all employees within our relocation system, Global Connect, and provide training and support as needed.
  • Assist with strategic planning of the relocation program, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to relocation management and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve problems.
  • Manage employee files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Play a key role in managing temporary housing for new hires, relocating employees, and interns, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transition.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and correct errors quickly and effectively.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to achieve common goals.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required.
  • 3-5 years of relocation experience, both domestic and international.
  • Expert-level knowledge of relocation programs and activities.
