Role Overview

The Relocation Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the relocation process, handling administrative responsibilities related to employee transitions. This position is dedicated to supporting employees and their families during their moves, ensuring a seamless experience while minimizing costs and time associated with relocations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist new and transferring employees throughout the relocation journey.
  • Facilitate onboarding for all employees within the Graebel Relocation system - Global Connect.
  • Coordinate STA and BDT setups.
  • Support tracking and communication regarding Delayed Starts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for relocating employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on high-quality customer service.
  • Escalate concerns to relocation management as necessary.
  • Maintain employee files and documentation accurately.
  • Play a crucial role in managing temporary housing arrangements for new hires, relocating employees, and interns.
  • Perform additional duties related to relocation and temporary housing as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in relocation, both domestic and international.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally admitted refugee or asylee.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Expertise in relocation programs and processes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize information systems, including relocation databases and spreadsheets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and addressing issues at their source.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position in Washington is $30.38-$42.53.
