Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Addus Homecare. This is a hybrid position that can be based in either our Support Center in Downers Grove, IL or Corporate office in Frisco, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, in-person, or remote control tools
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with computer hardware, peripherals, and software
  • Install and configure computer equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests in a ticketing system
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree and 5 years' experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification preferred
  • Familiarity with common office hardware and software
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and excellent judgment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for work-related purposes
Benefits:

Addus Homecare offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement planning, and life insurance. We also provide opportunities for continued education and employee discounts.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000, depending on location and experience.
