Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely scheduling and registration services for patients
  • Collect and verify demographic and financial information
  • Process insurance eligibility and verification
  • Manage patient communication and correspondence
  • Assist with referral coordination and tracking
  • Perform point-of-care testing and phlebotomy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Relevant work experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Medical office assistant or medical assistant certification preferred
