- Communicate patient needs to healthcare providers effectively.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Conduct non-critical medical procedures as directed by physicians.
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic testing as needed.
- Administer medications and provide first aid under physician supervision.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle patient communications and relay information to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in prescription management as authorized by physicians.
- Provide health coaching to patients to promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Follow up with patients to support their health goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
