Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures, including inventory control, OSHA, and HACCP regulations.
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
