- Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures, including inventory control, OSHA, and HACCP regulations.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, with an annual incentive plan bonus.
