Underground Construction Manager

An experienced Underground Utility Construction Foreman is needed to manage and oversee the installation and maintenance of underground utilities such as water, sewer, gas, and electrical lines. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and crew supervision
- Safety compliance and quality control
- Coordination and problem-solving
- Equipment management and maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utility construction, including both dry and wet utilities
- Proficiency in using construction equipment
- Understanding of trenching, grading, and shoring techniques
- Expert knowledge of underground utilities construction
This is a fully on-site position in California. The work hours are 7am-3:30pm with some overtime expected.
