  • Proactively generate sales by promoting Motion Industries' products to existing customers.
  • Expedite backorders and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
  • Handle customer returns and process orders up to $10,000 without approval.
  • Adjust non-contract customer pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit.
  • Minimize branch freight costs by determining the most cost-effective method to fulfill customer orders.
  • Routinely interact with customers to obtain and fulfill orders correctly.
  • Partner with account representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of business systems.
  • Good driving record required.

Benefits:

Motion Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay. The base pay range for this position is $16 - $21 hourly, with total compensation determined by factors such as location, skills, education, and experience.
