About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (HHA, PCA) to join our team at Moose Lake Assisted Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and supportive services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, including walking and transferring.
  • Document services performed and report any changes in resident condition to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including light housekeeping and laundry.
Requirements
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Comfortable standing and walking most of the time.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
