Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Plymouth PT is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Wixom, MI. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients and developing treatment plans based on evaluation results. You will review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine the required physical therapy treatment. You will provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines, documenting findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.

Requirements:

Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state of Michigan license or ability to obtain Michigan license and CPR certification
Bilingual (English & Spanish) abilities are a plus
