Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, collecting contact information and determining the purpose of the call.
- Provide quotes for automotive jobs, including price, schedule, and quality information.
- Set appointments for flat projects to promptly close sales.
- Respond to email requests to secure opportunities.
- Assist dispatchers or other office employees as needed.
