We are seeking an Engineer to become a vital part of our Advanced Cellular Customer Quality Engineering team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in addressing and mitigating customer quality challenges associated with cellular products.

This position entails leading internal teams and acting as the customer representative to enhance overall satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include comprehending the customers' quality and reliability expectations, ensuring that design for quality and reliability are integral to our processes and products, and providing leadership and technical guidance in quality and reliability matters.

You will have the chance to engage with cutting-edge products and processes that are essential to our success.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, are vital for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Articulate customer requirements and expectations within the organization.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate the successful ramp-up and mass production of customer products.
- Work alongside Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and evaluate potential reliability risks associated with quality deviations.
- Lead cross-functional teams and be accountable for documenting and distributing high-quality customer reports.
- Engage with customers and sales teams on quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution of all concerns.
- Establish systems and processes to improve responsiveness to customer needs and drive overall quality enhancements.



QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of a B.S. degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline is required.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience is essential.
- Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams in quality enhancement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Familiarity with quality system requirements and tools such as 8D, Cause & Effect Diagram, DOE, SPC, FMEA, and Lean methodologies is preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing analytical methods to adopt a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A strong passion for quality, reliability, and problem resolution is essential.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device principles and familiarity with RF devices is advantageous. Semiconductor experience is preferred. Strong presentation and communication abilities are crucial.
