Position Summary
K2 Staffing is representing a prominent insurance agency seeking a skilled Senior Insurance Account Manager. This organization prides itself on its supportive and collaborative environment, a rarity in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-manage a substantial portfolio valued at $10M, encompassing a variety of industries and insurance products.
- Act as the primary liaison for all client account management issues.
- Foster and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain strong connections with insurance carriers and underwriters.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key client accounts.
- Oversee the renewal process and marketing strategies for significant accounts.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of renewal proposals, policies, and related documentation.
- Assist in resolving complex client inquiries or escalations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property and casualty account management.
- Experience with EPIC software is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Willingness to commute to the office several times a week.
