About the Role

The Senior Manufacturing Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for leading and directing an assigned team to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals.

This role focuses on strategic continuous improvements and area processes to deliver line stability and drive employee engagement improvements.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the team, ensuring all goals are met, and help engage and develop team members through the utilization of skills matrices and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performance teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings initiatives
  • Ensure effective performance evaluations, counseling measures, and accurate timecard inputs
  • Support the Electrolux Management System and lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem-solving, and labor map adherence
  • Support Autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in team building, employee engagement, and development
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings, and write detailed reports
  • Experience in leading root cause analysis and prior experience in Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping, or Robotics is preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
