Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using computer-based charting and clinical software is preferred.
• Adaptability and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficient in reading and communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring is a plus.
