Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in 20-30 meaningful conversations daily.
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients while promptly addressing incoming inquiries.
- Follow up on leads generated by the company to cultivate a network of repeat investors.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance outreach efforts with maintaining existing pipelines, supported by our processing team.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary plus Commission

Compensation Range:
$50,000 - $65,000 annually
Qualifications:
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Sales experience in a dynamic environment is essential.
- Proficient in managing pipelines effectively.
- Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and updates is necessary.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or related support roles.
- 2-3 years in Real Estate Sales/Finance or a similar field.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Experience with Encompass and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
