Job Title: Mortgage Loan Originator

FBC Mortgage, LLC is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Las Vegas, NV branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and closing residential mortgage loans while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and develop a quality network of business relationships to generate referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
  • Interview new and existing customers to determine their financial needs and advise them on suitable products, terms, and pricing.
  • Navigate borrowers through the loan process, ensuring clear and timely communication and gathering required information.
  • Submit accurate and compliant loan documentation, maintaining industry regulations and meeting sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience.
  • Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $750,000 - $1 million per month in production.
  • Established relationships with local referral networks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across various audiences.
  • Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
  • Strong PC skills and experience utilizing laptop technology.
  • Must meet and comply with all requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of background checks and maintaining active NMLS licensure.
