Job Title: Front Desk Agent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front office team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage guest accounts, handle payments, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the front office, and perform essential job functions.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
